Structure Description

  1. The YRKS series three phase asynchronous slip ring motors have an IP54/IP55 protection rating and use IC81W cooling. Various protection ratings (IP23, IP44, IP54, IP55) and cooling methods (IC01, IC81W, IC86W) can be derived by simply changing the top cover, cooler, or protective cover on the motor frame. The frame is made of steel plate and adopts the internationally popular box-type structure, which is lightweight and rigid.
  2. The stator uses Class F insulation and an external pressure-mounted structure. The entire stator is vacuum pressure impregnated with Class F insulation material and then vacuum pressure impregnated with Class G solvent-free varnish. The shaft is generally made as a single shaft extension, but can be made as a double shaft extension according to user requirements.
  3. The bearings use end-cap type spherical sliding bearings, which have the advantages of high load capacity and convenient maintenance.
  4. The main terminal box is designed according to German DIN standards and has an IP54 protection rating. It is generally installed on the motor side (viewed from the shaft extension end), but can also be installed on the left side of the motor according to user requirements. When the motor power is 2000KW and above, an auxiliary terminal box is provided on the other side of the motor opposite the main terminal box, for leading out the neutral point of the three-phase stator windings.
  5. The motor stator windings and each bearing are equipped with resistance temperature sensing elements for monitoring the motor temperature.
